At the 2023 session of the House of Delegates in Baltimore, MD, the structure of the Board of Directors was changed from the previous structure which included nine Region Directors to consist of a 9-member Board consisting of the Officers, four members-at-large, and the CEO. 

Colleen Forster's role as Region V Director has been re-titled as Member-at-Large (2023-2024).

• September 25-29, 2026
• Denver, Colorado
• October 1-5, 2027
